About our organization

Bridget & Rick Noel

Founders of ATS

Our founders are dedicated advocates who believe in the power of inclusion and the strength that comes from embracing every individual's abilities. Both are dedicated to empowering the SWFL community. Bridget’s unwavering commitment to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities motivated her to exit the classroom setting and create a space where individuals can safely transition into the community and adulthood.

Rick's background as a First Responder/Fire Fighter & Personal Trainer motivated him to co-found Ascend and create inclusive cultures within medical and emergency settings, as well as gyms. Both are dedicated to supporting the SWFL community.
