Programs offered by ATS
Our life skill programs offers a safe, engaging space where individuals can learn life skills, explore interests, build friendships, and grow more independent.
From cooking and art to job, training and community outings, we provide meaningful, personalized experiences that support each person’s goals, abilities, and dreams.
Our programs are run by specially trained full time staff experienced and well versed in the needs of our students. We offer two types of day programs to accommodate the stimulation and time-off balance requirements. Feel free to stop by our offices and say hello.
Community Programs
Life Skills Development Level 1 (Companion)
This service offers non-medical care, supervision, and socialization activities to adults aged 21 and older.
It aims to enhance community engagement and independence by providing access to activities that promote increased community resource utilization without paid support.


Life Skills Development Level 2 (Supported Employment)
This service provides training and assistance to help individuals secure and maintain paid employment in their communities or develop and operate a small business.
It includes support in learning, retaining, or improving specific job skills and adapting to work environments.
Facility Programs
Life Skills Development Level 3 (Adult Day Training)
This service offers daytime supervision and individualized training programs for adults aged 22 and older during standard workweek hours.
Activities occur in facility or work-like settings and are designed to be meaningful, providing appropriate variation and interest.


Life Skills Development Level 4 (Prevocational Services)
Prevocational Services provide learning and work experiences, including volunteer work, to help individuals develop general, non-job-specific strengths and skills that enhance employability in integrated community settings.
Both services aim to enhance independence and community integration for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
